Dealer Spotlight Series

An index of the dealers we index — who they are, where they are and what they stock, ranked by advertised inventory rather than by who paid.

We index the stock of hundreds of Australian truck, trailer and machinery dealers. This page is the entry point to them: who is out there, how big they are, and what they specialise in.

Nobody pays to be featured here, and there is no editorial ranking. The order is advertised stock volume, counted live. Where a dealer has asked us to index them and confirmed they are authorised to do so, their listing page shows them as a verified partner — that is a statement about consent, not about quality.

How to use a dealer page

Every dealer we index has a page listing everything they currently advertise. It is more useful than it sounds, for a specific reason: a dealer's whole inventory tells you what they actually do. A yard whose stock is thirty prime movers and two excavators is a truck business that occasionally takes machinery in trade, and the excavators will have been priced by someone who does not sell excavators for a living.

  • Look at the shape of the inventory, not just the unit you came for.
  • Check the spread of model years. A yard full of fifteen-year-old stock has a different customer to one full of ex-lease three-year-olds.
  • Note how many listings carry a price versus "POA". Heavy use of price-on-application usually means they want the phone call, which is fine, but it makes comparison harder.
  • Every listing links straight to the dealer's own page. We take no commission and the enquiry goes to them.

Are you a dealer?

Listing with us costs nothing and requires no uploads — we read your existing website and your stock appears, staying current on its own. If you would rather not appear, one email removes you within 48 hours, permanently.

Common questions

How do dealers get featured in this series?

They do not pay and they are not editorially selected. The listings on this page are ordered by how much stock each dealer currently advertises, counted from live data. Paid placements exist elsewhere on the site and are always labelled as advertising.

What does "verified partner" mean on a dealer page?

That the dealer has contacted us, confirmed they are authorised to act for the business, and consented to us indexing their listings. It records consent, not quality — it is not an endorsement or a rating.

How do I get my dealership removed?

Email us and we action removal within 48 hours, permanently. No explanation required.
